Halff Expands North Texas Footprint with New Dallas Office
DALLAS — Halff, an award-winning, employee-owned and full-service infrastructure consulting firm, is expanding its North Texas presence with a new office in Dallas at Walnut Glen Tower (8144 Walnut Hill Lane). The office is slated to open in the summer of 2025.
This addition reinforces Halff’s commitment to growth and enhanced client support while strengthening its presence in the city where its 75-year legacy began. Dr. Albert H. Halff founded the firm as a one-person operation in Dallas in 1950, laying the foundation for the firm’s continued success.
“Dallas has been instrumental to our success and storied history,” said President and CEO Jessica Baker Daily. “This expansion reflects our commitment to serving our clients in the North Texas region, while creating new opportunities for collaboration and innovation. As this area continues to grow, we are excited to strengthen our presence in the Metroplex. The office at Walnut Glen Tower aligns to better serve our partners and will attract top talent eager to shape the future of infrastructure.”
The Dallas office will provide environmental, land development, public works, survey and transportation services. Vice President Ryan Delmotte, PE, will oversee the office as operations manager. With 18 years of experience serving North Texas municipalities, Delmotte specializes in public works projects, focusing on roadway, drainage and trail design. He is committed to furthering the engineering industry through his role as the education chair for the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE).
With the addition of the Dallas office, Halff will operate four offices in the Metroplex: Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco and Richardson. The firm’s Richardson office, its largest location, will relocate two miles north to Galatyn Commons in fall 2025.
