Halff Announces Leigh Hollis as Chief People Officer
RICHARDSON, Texas – Leigh Hollis has been named chief people officer for Halff. Previously, she served as senior vice president and provided operational leadership for the firm’s Dallas, Frisco and Richardson offices.
As CPO, Hollis will support Halff’s human resources function while leading the firm’s continued focus on project delivery and quality.
Hollis joined Halff’s Fort Worth office in 2005 after earning a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University.

Leigh Hollis, who has been with Halff since 2005, started her role as chief people officer on Sept. 1.

In 2021, Hollis was inducted into the Texas Tech Civil, Environmental and Construction Engineering Academy. She is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) and the American Public Works Association (APWA). She has served on the steering committee of the Halff Community Initiative (HCI), Halff’s nonprofit organization, since its formation in 2017 and has coordinated Meals on Wheels volunteer efforts in the Fort Worth office for more than a decade.
As part of this leadership transition, Ben Pylant will serve as chief growth officer, focusing exclusively on advancing Halff’s strategic growth initiatives while continuing to deliver excellent service for our clients. Since joining the firm’s leadership team in 2024, Pylant has served as both chief people officer and chief growth officer. Other members of Halff’s Leadership Team include Chief Operating Officer Todd Jackson and Chief Financial Officer Joseph Sagel.
