Hughes Named OSU Ferguson College of Agriculture Distinguished Alumnus

RICHARDSON, Texas — Halff Associates, Inc. (Halff) Planning/Landscape Architecture Practice Leader Lenny Hughes received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Oklahoma State University’s Ferguson College of Agriculture.
Hughes graduated at the top of his class in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from OSU and was one of the first African American graduates from the program.
Under Hughes’ leadership and passion, Halff has grown from three landscape architects and planners to more than 70 during his 27-year tenure.
In 2021, Hughes received the OSU Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture Distinguished Alumnus Award.
