Halff Expands Footprint to Lubbock
LUBBOCK, Texas — Halff, an award-winning, employee-owned, diverse and multidiscipline professional engineering and architecture firm in Texas for more than 70 years, has opened an office at 3417 73rd Street in Lubbock.
David Smith, a proud 2003 civil engineering graduate from Texas Tech University, will serve as the Lubbock operations manager. David has spent his 20-year career with Halff and served as a team leader, project manager and lead design engineer for various municipal and private development projects. His projects have involved major thoroughfare and street design, storm drainage design, water transmission main and distribution system design, sanitary sewer design and construction administration.
