Halff conducted a redesign of a 10,200-sf vehicle maintenance shop with eight maintenance bays, including an overhead crane and part storage areas.
The facility also included an administrative area with a break room, and ADA-compliant latrines and showers. The site improvements included organizational parking, POV parking and the demolition of two existing buildings.
