Matt Bucchin

Matt Bucchin, AICP, LEED Green Associate is currently a deputy practice leader at Halff’s Austin office. He has more than 27 years of public and private sector experience at the city, state and special district levels of government. Matt has worked as a planning consultant and project manager on comprehensive, park, environmental, corridor, active transportation and downtown master planning processes and zoning and land development code projects.

Matt also leads Halff’s Intelligent Infrastructure service, working with technology specialists to advancing transportation-related projects in connected and autonomous vehicle technologies, ITS, information communication technologies (ICT), machine learning and artificial intelligence, asset management, cybersecurity and more.
