Halff’s Ramos Honored with SABJ Women’s Leadership Award

SAN ANTONIO — Halff Lead Client Advisor Jennifer Ramos was announced as a Women’s Leadership Award honoree by the San Antonio Business Journal. The award recognizes 25 women across the San Antonio region who are making a difference within the community.

Ramos exemplifies the accolade with her contributions to Halff and her unwavering dedication to improving lives and communities in San Antonio and beyond. At Halff, she has led public outreach campaigns, fostered strategic relationships and secured multiple new projects, significantly contributing to the firm’s success.

“I am truly honored to be recognized by the SABJ for this year’s Women Leadership award, and I want to thank my team at Halff for their steadfast support and continued commitment to my growth as a leader,” said Ramos.

Ramos is a graduate of Leadership San Antonio Class 47 and continues to stay engaged in professional and community organizations. She has served on the Bexar County Small, Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE) Advisory Committee and the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women. She currently serves on the City’s Stormwater Committee and is on the board of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) San Antonio. She is involved in the firm’s nonprofit arm, Halff Community Initiative (HCI), which supports various charitable causes via volunteer hours and donations throughout the San Antonio region. She serves as chair for the firm’s advisory committee for inclusion.
