City Place is a 2,000-acre mixed-use master-planned community located south of The Woodlands, Texas. The master plan includes single-family residential, multifamily residential, a major corporate campus and a vibrant urban district.

City Place is a new model of sustainability and greener living for the Houston region, preserving its natural ecosystems, building energy-smart new homes and providing a walkable mix of retail, dining, offices and public amenities.

Halff is providing complete strategic planning, master planning, site evaluation, feasibility studies, detention, paving and infrastructure design, TCEQ regulatory compliance/coordination and construction administration and management. Our team also serves as the district engineer for Harris County Improvement District No. 18 (HCID #18), which developed services and infrastructure for property owners.
