OceanGate is a high-density residential development, providing a mix of housing opportunities including duplex, triplex and quadplex townhomes.

A community center, scenic corridor landscaping, community park and common open space are some of the high-profile amenities. The homes are arranged in a Traditional Neighborhood Design with rear lane/alley access and buildings fronting the scenic corridor or the main loop road surrounding the community park. All homes feature front porches and sidewalks that lead through the neighborhood and to Mayport Road, creating a walkable community.

Halff created the site plan, permitting, engineering site design, landscape design, hardscape design, site amenity design, and construction documents and coordination for the development.
