SH 360 is a principal arterial freeway on which more than 100,000 vehicles travel per day. The SH 360 interchange at SH 180 is an access route to AT&T Stadium, where the Dallas Cowboys play, and Globe Life Field, home to the Texas Rangers.

Halff prepared plans that successfully kept all six highway lanes open during each phase of construction. Halff also overcame another project challenge: A General Motors manufacturing plant on the interchange’s southwest corner needed to deliver newly assembled vehicles to a Union Pacific Railroad yard on the interchange’s southeast corner. Our design team successfully met the challenges of keeping the route from the GM plant to the railyard operational during construction, while ensuring the UPRR main line tracks could maintain continuous operation throughout construction of a new railroad underpass bridge.
