Halff provided a variety of important services for the expansion and upgrade of US 59. To be constructed in three phases, the US 59 project will run from the International Boulevard intersection to the US59/Loop 20 interchange—an urban expressway that meets interstate standards. The three phases include project management, negotiations, relocation, title and closing, and condemnation services.
