The Landing at Riverwalk is a modern mixed-use development that will provide more middle-income housing near Tampa. Halff and the team for the Landing at Riverwalk project were honored with an Award of Merit in the 2023 Planning & Design Awards by Hillsborough County City-County Planning Commission. Halff provided planning services for this development.
HCI Updates
Austin volunteers helped a recently widowed community member rebuild her home’s fence and stairs through the Rebuilding Together Austin program, which repairs homes and rebuilds lives to create safe communities for everyone.
Keith Courson from Richardson recently presented a $2,000 donation on behalf of HCI to Ashley Davis, corporate relations director at Community Partners of Dallas. The charity supports the urgent needs of abused children in Dallas County.
The culmination of a summer spent making blankets, the McAllen office donated 49 blankets to the McAllen VA Clinic on Veterans Day.
Teaming Together
Fort Worth employees turned up the heat for their chili cook-off!
Thanksgiving potlucks filled the Fort Worth and Richardson offices as teams gathered to celebrate with colleagues.
Frisco’s Public Works team ventured out to play a game of laser tag at Battle House!
The Communications team took flight at iFLY, an indoor skydiving experience. They celebrated their successful flights after with dinner!
Halff Bag Travels
Emily Anderson (top left) snapped a photo with her Halff bag in front of the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park in Accra, the capital of Ghana.
Sam Edwards (top right) traveled on a two-week trip to Thailand and Japan, exploring sights such as the Grand Palace in Bangkok (pictured below) and the Mount Fuji countryside in Japan.
Jace Edwards (bottom left) enjoyed the beaches of Playa Norte, Cancun, with his Halff bag in hand!
Sara Rose Vera (left) and Ajia Fielden traveled to Peru, where they hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.
