Halff’s Engelhardt Inducted into TTU’s 2024 CECE Academy

AUSTIN, Texas — Halff’s Water Resources Deputy Practice Leader and Senior Vice President, Cindy Engelhardt, was recently inducted into Texas Tech University’s 2024 Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering (CECE) Academy.

With 19 years of experience, Engelhardt specializes in leveraging federal, state and local funding programs to enhance the long-term resilience of communities. Her expertise includes the design and analysis of stormwater systems, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, flood control design and planning, floodplain management, flood education and resilience.

The CECE Academy honors distinguished alumni for their contributions and achievements in civil, environmental and construction engineering.

Other Halff team members inducted into the CECE Academy include Erin Atkinson (2013), Stephanie Griffin (2007), Sam Hinojosa (2018), Leigh Hollis (2021), Andrew Ickert (2012), David Smith (2023), and Dan Warfield (2021).
