McClure Named 2025 SAME Dallas Post Member of the Year
RICHARDSON, Texas — Halff Program Manager Josh McClure, PhD, PE, CFM, PMP, was recently named the 2025 Member of the Year by the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Dallas Post.
This award was presented to McClure for his dedication and willingness to volunteer. McClure serves as the resiliency committee chair for the SAME Dallas Post and is on the audit committee for the SAME Fort Worth Post.
McClure, who has been with the firm for five years, earned his doctoral degree in agricultural and biological engineering from the University of Illinois. He manages a wide array of water resources projects for private, municipal, state and federal clients. His expertise includes overseeing flood studies, 1D and 2D storm sewer analysis, dam design and rehabilitation, and environmental permitting among other projects.
McClure accepted the award at the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) Engineers Week Awards Luncheon held in Plano.
