WorldSprings at Grandscape

Halff played a key role in bringing the impressive WorldSprings to life, a 10-acre outdoor wellness destination at Grandscape in The Colony, Texas. A second-of-its-kind in the country, WorldSprings is Texas’ first outdoor mineral springs spa and the largest in the United States, offering 46 different soaking pools. Each area features pools uniquely inspired by the Americas, European, Asiatic and South Pacific regions.

Halff’s expertise in land development was essential to the project’s success, as the team ensured seamless integration of grading, paving and drainage, civil engineering design and surveying services. During the development process, Halff managed the design of critical infrastructure such as water, wastewater and sanitary sewer systems. When an issue with the existing sanitary sewer capacity arose, Halff quickly adapted by working with Grandscape and The Colony to formulate a solution that was beneficial to all parties, resulting in an additional sanitary sewer improvement project for Grandscape that improved the local public sewer infrastructure.

Halff continues to be trusted to support projects that improve lives and the community within The Colony. Local individuals and visitors alike can now enjoy the mineral pools in a beautifully designed outdoor oasis.
