Halff President/CEO Edwards Awarded Top Company Leader in Dallas Morning News Top 100 Workplace Awards

RICHARDSON, Texas — Halff Associates, Inc. (Halff) President/CEO Mark Edwards was named the top large company leader by the Dallas Morning News at the 2022 Top 100 Workplaces Awards.

The Top Workplaces program by Energage surveys employees about their work experience and satisfaction with their company. Within the survey, employees lauded Edwards for his confident leadership and personable touch.

“Our president at Halff leads with awareness, positivity and confidence every day,” one employee wrote.

The distinguished award comes just two and a half years since Edwards assumed the role of president/CEO in March 2022.

Halff ascended to No. 6 on the Top Workplaces Large Firms list in Dallas/Fort Worth. In total, 383 companies completed surveys to compete for a ranking in the Top 100.

Halff has been recognized as a Top Workplace in Austin and Dallas eight times each since 2015, six times in Houston since 2016 and for the second consecutive year in San Antonio. Earlier this year, Halff earned Top Workplaces USA designation for the first time, coming in at No. 10 nationally among companies with 1,000 to 2,499 employees.
