RICHARDSON, Texas — Halff Associates, Inc. (Halff), one of the nation’s leading engineering/architecture consulting firms, was recently announced as one of the Best Places to Work by Arkansas Business in partnership with the Workforce Research Group.
Halff has four locations in the Natural State: Bentonville, Fort Smith, Little Rock and North Little Rock. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the eligibility requirements, including having a facility in Arkansas with at least 15 employees. Employers are asked to complete an in-depth questionnaire about their company, while employees are invited to take a survey. These elements allow Workforce Research Group to collect direct information and honest feedback about their workplace to determine if they’re one of the best.
Halff earned multiple workplace honors in 2021, including Top Workplaces recognition in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. Earlier this year, Energage tabbed Halff No. 10 nationally in its Top Workplaces USA ranking for companies with 1,000 to 2,499 employees.
