Halff Associates, Inc. Announces Acquisition of BESH, Inc.

RICHARDSON, Texas and TAVARES, Florida — Halff Associates, Inc. (Halff), one of the nation’s leading engineering/architecture consulting firms, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Tavares, Florida-based firm BESH, Inc. BESH will do business as BESH Halff.

BESH is a multidiscipline civil engineering firm under the leadership of Principals Duane Booth, Robert (Rob) Ern Jr. and Charles (Chuck) Hiott. BESH provides water/wastewater, public works, land and site development and surveying services to private and public sector clients throughout Florida.

BESH also brings expertise in large, master-planned communities, public sector projects and surveying to Halff’s Florida operations. BESH currently employs 35 people.

Duane, who has more than 30 years of civil engineering experience, will serve as operations manager of the BESH Halff office, while Rob will serve as director of Water/Wastewater and Chuck will serve as director of Land Development.
