Leaders then heard from a keynote speaker and participated in a series of sessions and activities. It was a week filled with learning, connection and strategy—equipping our leaders to develop their teams and guide Halff into another 75 years of excellence and growth!

For a fourth consecutive year, Halff was recognized among the nation’s top workplaces, coming in at No. 10 in the 2025 Top Workplaces USA award ranking presented by USA TODAY. This marks the firm’s highest ranking to date in the category for employers with 1,000 to 2,499 employees.

HCI Updates

Cynthia Roy and Sandra Ratchford delivered HCI’s $1,000 donation to CareLink, an organization that provides a wide range of services to meet the needs of older adults in the community.

Richardson volunteers cooked stuffed zucchini, fettuccine alfredo and coleslaw for 50 families at the Ronald McDonald House.

Austin volunteers delivered HCI’s donation of toothpaste, shaving cream packs, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and disposable cups and plates to The Charlie Center, a navigation center whose goal is moving people from homelessness into housing.

HCI donated 70 teacher appreciations kits and a monetary donation of $3,100 to United to Learn, an organization that unites schools and the community to accelerate student achievement and develop purposeful leaders across Dallas. The Frisco and Richardson offices banded together for a campus community day at Jerry Junkins Elementary, where they used these donations to build picnic tables and a storage shed, create a sign for the fence and paint activity boards on the blacktop in the outdoor space.

Servant leadership was on full display during Halff’s annual People Leader Forum! Leaders came together and participated in giving back to the community by assembling dozens of snack bags and hygiene kits for four local charities, with HCI donating more than $10,000 to the charities. Watch a recap of the volunteering event here!
